The World Project Management Day is a special day for many managers and project teams in different countries and different industries. On this day, organizations are encouraged to provide their knowledge and skills to create success for others. This event was celebrated at the end of the year 2004 by the International Institute for Learning (IIL) for the first time. Since then, it has been commemorated annually on the first Thursday of November.
