SALCO Casthouse #3, with the following specifications, is dedicated to casting 1000-pound ingots. At the moment, SALCO Plant has two working casthouses for casting 50-pound ingots, as well as billets and slabs.
Dimensions and specifications:
This casthouse, with the initial dimensions of 100m (length), 17m (width), and 9m (height), is expected to be equipped with three overhead 32t cranes and other casting equipment required for the production of 1000-pound ingots. The above-mentioned dimensions are initial and approximate since the final dimensions will be determined by the consultant after designing the process and architecture of the project based on the production capacity and other influential factors. Increasing or decreasing the dimensions of the casthouse will not impact the consultant’s fee.
Description of services:
Providing the MDR, obtaining the approval of the supervision department for it, and updating it during the contract period
Conducting preliminary studies, including visiting and surveying the project site, examining the edges, existing obstacles, physical factors, location, relationship with the environment, geological specifications, and any other factor that can impact the design of the project, and predicting the correct and optimal connection of mechanical and electrical installations to the project.
